I have only read 1/2 of the posts here, but how come no one's been hatin' on rebecca black? or justin bieber? (If those things can be counted as music) Okay, I'll cut mistah beaver some slack, he sounds cough partially cough decent when singing, but when did music become selling a face? Anyone heard of The Great Satchmo, y'all? 😐

i'd like to add:
ONE DIRECTION........why do the likes of these keep popping out one after the other?....one justin bieber was enough, now we get a DAMN BAND of justin biebers

Obviously most of the pop/rap stuff on the radio is crap. Also hate most of the pop punk/emo bands that the kids seem to be into. Stuff like Bowling for Soup, Fall Out Boy, all that crap. Though the one band I probably dislike the most is Limp Bizkit. Terrible, idiotic music that dozens of mediocre bands have done much, much better. And Fred Durst is probably the worst front man of all time. Oh and a lot of the 80s glam/pop metal bands (Poison, Def Leppard after the drummer lost his arm). Though there are some bands from that genre that were pretty good (Motley Crue, Dokken). Let's see... ah, I've consistently expressed my dislike of this thing called "melodic metalcore" (All That Remains, Escape the Fate) that has become so popular. Seriously, all the modern metal bands just sound like In Flames with their testicles removed (even In Flames!).

But none of these can even compare to.... this. But you know what? I can't say I hate these guys. They're one of the few bands that I've found that are so unbelievably awful in every conceivable way, that listening to their music has become quite entertaining in a watching-a-train-wreck sort of way. (Limp Bizkit might actually be in this category too, if their guitarist didn't display some degree of talent)

1. Mainstreams, idols and such demigods already well stated here. The Beatles, just can't stand them.
2. All those who go in life making covers/remixes, oh gosh, it sucks. They do believe that changing the rhythm is enough and almost make it a proper genre. I fully mean that guy Pitbull, I don't know if the world is silly or why do they consider someone who only sings the same chorus about sex an artist 😕 ? Every singer wants him nowadays!
3. Electronic music. Obviously most of groups have been used this stuff and existed a loooong ago, not against it, but hearing only beep beep by itself, it's death for me. I'm envious for the ones who had dance music a few decades ago.

Really if it wasn't for the Internet, I wouldn't know what to do. I agree, TV and radio are crappy.

Nikki Minaj... she needs to stop singing. It would also be ok if she stopped living.

Bumping this thread to say ADAM LEVINE and Maroon 5 too I guess since they're related. Very bad music! Normally I don't like to speak badly about musicians since everyone's got their own tastes and some musicians are so hated on already what's the point of adding to that negativity?... but when I see people hating on popular artists but they love every track Adam Levine puts out 😔 He never fails to be formulaic and unappealing.
