Hi~Sorry for bringing up such a depressing topic. Ahaha I've been kinda dark lately XP 561f6o
Anyway, I'm wondering if there are any manga out there where both the male and female lead dies (they must be love interests). They don't have to die together or at the same time.
The best examples I can come up with right now are Visukiisu no Akai Ningyou.

How about not a guy and girl but love interests? Just found Ai no Kusabi recently, it was a LOT better than I expected.
There should be plenty more... may go look later.

Chrono Crusade and Zero
Odd I was sure I reading a scene in Chrono Crusade similar to the anime end. After rereading the manga I am not sure if they both died or lived off in a separate world. But Zero fits your description exactly.
