Disappearing releases 415y5h

Every time I try to add releases or pages for my group, they just disappear. I thought I had the rules figured out, but things still go poof. Is this a bug? 2y1c2i
If not, is there any way to get release rejection messages like you do for series? If I'm doing something wrong, I'd at least like to know so I don't waste everyone's time.

The group is Naono Holics. The most recent one release/series combo I tried to add was called Kumo no Ito, and before that a few oneshots. The group is still very active, but we're close to hitting the six month inactivity period because I can't get anything approved.

Naono Holics is a closed community group, MU doesn't accept releases from closed groups.

Releases are open to non, the page is just different than the homepage.
