After checking out the demo from the Playstation Store, I was amazed how well done this game really is, courtesy of Rocksteady and Eidos. 25f41

Along with the writing skills of Paul Dini and with the reprisal of many familiar voice actors (like Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill), this is perhaps the first Batman game that actually looks like a solid hit.

As soon as this game comes out, I'll check it out. 🙂

The demo was awesome, so I'll be looking forward to this.

Too bad you only get to play as the Joker on the PS3 version. One of the few times when I actually wanted a PS3...

Where did you hear that? Sounds weird that he wouldn't be playable on 360 or PC.

All you need is an internet connection to get DLC.

Oh I know that already, it was the whole thing about having to pay for Xbox Live that was the reason why I never got it.

As far as I know you only play as the Joker in that special challenge mode, not in the actual game, so it doesn't seem like that big a deal.

Already ordered my limited edition copy (for saving) as well as a normal edition for playing.

PC btw and I don;t really care about the joker skin that is ps3 exclusive. Knowing pc gamers we'll probably have a joker mod days after the release.

What I'm saying is DLC is available under a silver , not the gold that you pay for.

But it isn't. He gets some of his own maps and moves.

On the verge of pre-ordering but still waiting for more reviews from sites I respect. I would have jumped on it already if Amazon didn't charge NY'ers tax. The $5 off code, the already low price, a 10% off ECA code and the Amazon eCertificates would have made it a great deal (for someone who almost never preorders).

God, I forgot about this for a while.

But that's awesome that the silver is free, now all I need to do is get another ethernet cable.

And then you likely have to buy one of those stupid point cards since you can bet your ass you have to pay for it.
Still, you can get the demo for free 🙂

I just ed the demo today and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect anything, but the way it played was quite entertaining.
I will wait for a few reviews before deciding wether to buy it or not though, I'm still a bit sceptic.
But I must say it is fun to see so many different Batman villains in one game (I believe I saw Bane, Poison Ivy and Killer Croc already (besides the obvious Joker and Harly Quin))
