This has turned out to be my guilty pleasure for a while so I wanted to know if there were more like this so... x393l
So Male character turns female and falls for another male character.
Like Sekainohate de Aimashou, Megu Miruku & Kanojo ni Naru Hi
I also think Boku Girl is heading this way.
I´ve heard that Akane-chan Overdrive and Idol Pretender has similiar developments.
So could anyone recomend me more of this type?

Uh, you have my same guilty pleasure there, I guess I can recommend you josou debut. It's a gag manga about childhood friends and, hum, love. I really liked it, you can find it at the josou shounen anthology. This is the first it comes to my mind when I see those examples.

I guess Angel Diary can somewhat fit this.
The main character was supposed to grow up to be a male, but then something happened that made her dad decide he would then grow up to be a girl instead (they are born sexless and their sex gets determined at a later time). She then falls for the main guy.

Pretty Face does not fit. The male main character is in love with a female before he has his face changed into a female face and he is still in love with her after the "transformation". There's some extra guys who have a crush on/iration for him, but he does not reciprocate this (the guys are just his friends).
