My favourite villian is Muraki from Yami No Matsuei (It's a shounen-ai BTW)
Oh and Hisoka from Hunter X Hunter is second on my list

vinland saga, gintama, Ao no Futsumashi, Yami no Matsuei and Aa Megami-sama are on my wish list for sooo long, I just don't read ongoing series, so they have to end first 🙂 that will be the place for dorohedoro now too, thanks. also probably Billy Bat, for it's from Urusawa.
definitely reading Kokuhaku (KAWAGUCHI Kaiji) and shiki. and QP doesn't look bad at all. and it's scanlated, great.
I'm still not so sure about Hunter x Hunter. well... probably because of art and I didn't like his yuyu yakusho...
Not gonna read elfen lied. I watched the anime and it was enough for me. not that it was bad, but I don't really want to read it. Also, code geass. cause it's from anime.
as for Zettai Karen Children, Mahou Sensei Negima! and Bloody Junkie, I will decide later. don't know, they seem like I wouldn't like them. Aku no Hana does look interressting, but I'm afraid it would end with emotional love triangle...
if there is an option between "to do" and "not to do", I will always choose the latter.

Hm... I don't know if I saw this topic a little late but I usually love villains from series, so I had to leave a reply here! I don't read nothing at all that's not seinen/shonen, but I have some in these genres to recommend:
Berserk = Actually a lot of people love the villain in this manga... Although it takes some chapters to his appearance.
Bleach = I just loved the main villain in this series, but I'd not recommend it if you're not patient with shonen. Villains from this manga are very popular among fans!
Superior and Superior Cross = Cute but badass villain.
Toriko = Cool and badass villains. I think they are the only reason I kept reading this... But I'd not recommend it if you're not patient with cliche shounen.
Full Metal Alchemist = I think it's really easy to get attached to villains in this series.
Inuyasha = My favorite character of all times is from this manga... And he's the main villain!
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou = The villain in this manga is pure evil...
For some reason i always liked Papillon from Busou Renkin though it's hard to say he's villain, but neither can you say hes a good guy xD.
