I kind of have a very clear image of the manga I want in mind, but I can't really put it into words.. >> 29g24
Basically, I'm looking for a manga where the main story involves a character who is antihero or evil or mean etc (eg Mafia Boss, Pirate, Assassin etc) becomes attached to or raises a child (or some other character that fits into the general image, like a pixie or something. No babies please.).
Even though people are afraid of the Antihero character, for some reason he/she'll forgive or put up with most things that the child does, even if he/she'd usually get angry or kill someone etc.
The Antihero character should become so attached that he/she'll totally flip out when something happens to the child, go out of his/her way to help/save the child etc. Preferably he/she will flip out in a way that isn't toooo obvious or over the top, because then he/she'll just be an oyabaka.
Please, only stories where the focus is on one Antihero character and one child; for example not stories where someone works at a kindergarten.
Also, as I already mentioned, the pair should be a big part of the main story, so they're not the 5 chapter long back story of the main character, or Village Peasant B's misfortunate circumstance, please 🙂
I hope that makes sense..?
Preferably: Action, as little Romance as possible...
Please Absolutely No: Seinen, Sports, Yuri, Yaoi, Smut, Horror, Psychological 🙂
I've already looked at Beelzebub, Aishiteruze Baby, Kurenai
Many many thanks in advance, looking forward to enjoying some recommended series~
Everyone have a nice day :3

All I can think of right now is The Breaker works too. This is a really interesting premise, so I'll keep looking.

world end garden (oneshot)
konjiki no gash!! (not sure about this one, the main character isn't an antihero, but he used to skip school and didn't have friends).

Hinamatsuri is awesome and fits somewhat what you're looking for, at least the anti-hero x child part. Not sure he's that attached to her though, lol. But it's really funny and the characters are awesome.
Seinen, though. But totally worth a look at least!
