Furthermore, if possible, I'd like the "choose a list to assign to" dropdown box to always be visible, so I don't have to go from Wish->Reading->Unfinished using the buttons. The dropdown also having the icons would be ideal, but... probably not worth the effort

Honestly, just the ability to add series to a list with an X for uninterested, and have differently colored want-to-read markers for degree of my interest in it, and purple variants of icons for hentai, would be amazing. 🙁

And perhap making manga search search titles, rather than releases, which makes no sense to me.

EDIT: Also, there's a lot of useful Unicode symbols that are not emoji, which are all that is included in the link you have on custom lists page.

Both there and when searching. In general you have some inefficient UX around, in my opinion. Like I think it should be easier to access the advanced search functionality, or even better, add new conditions on the search results page itself. Also while it's not major, the radio options in genre search could well use being checkboxes instead, would be nice to have tag autocompletion, saving default options, and the ability to add manga to lists directly from results page. And I did mention that I believe manga search should search titles, rather than everything else, by default, didn't I?

Also, possibly quite importantly, the titles of baka updates tabs are kinda useless - since every one's title starts with the lengthy "Baka-Updates Manga"(rather than end with it), it makes it harder/impossible to quickly identify various tabs by title.

Anyway... this would be I think all the complaints I can think of at a moment's notice. Oh, ability to access custom list editing through too, since that's a kinda intuitive place to look for settings.

Most of the code is from 2004-2006. Unfortunately, most of the design principles/standards and UX concepts are from then as well.

Is it possible to get all Titels of this site in a List or does this result in a problem (too many stored)? Is it a problem, if too many people do this?

It´s like i wrote before i "always come across the same i already looked up" for example in the search for Categories and since not every Genre is displayed when i look them up, yeah well.... (While being in one Titel i click the Categorie "Animal Sidekick" and well ... "Yaoi" or "Hentai" )
So i want to mark them with "X" for example. But then it´s a huge amount of Titels in a list ...

I would do this (when no Problems accrue) but easier would be if i could exclude them while looking up Categories (stuff like "Hentai" )
