Since I checked with the scanslators and when they completed scanslating 2 volumes, the series was believed to be completed with no further story. However, I also read in the reviews/comments that the story is open-ended and that it seems more that this manga is on hiatus due to the mangaka working on Ouran Host Club (if that series is going 20+ volumes, I guess people reading this series shouldn't hold their breath). I could have easily missed this had I decided not to look at reviews (although these reviews were used more as comments). 4y5a4l

With Divine Melody, I it seemed like the mangaka had dropped the series at volume 4 but it was more like hiatus and then she picked it back up again to work on. But if manga if is like anime, then there is only a window of time allowed before the publishers won't bother with a story because the audience and interest has disappeared. But it started in 2001 and I don't have a real guess as to when she finished it.

But I'm sort of asking for "proof" because for all I know, it could be fans that were disappointed at the ending hoping for sequel... 😐 I could be in the same boat though, if I read the manga and didn't find closure with the ending... 🙁

I have the Japanese volumes of Ouran Koukou Hosuto Bu, and in the "Mangaka comment column" (lack of better word), Hatori Bisco (Mangaka of Ouran and Sennen) wrote that** Sennen no Yuki ** isn't finished. Also she put "wait", as in she may be later continuing the series after Ouran, or when she frees up time I guess. And yeah, new volumes of Sennen no Yuki probably won't be released soon.

Hatori Bisco herself says at the end of volume 2 that she plans to continue this story for a little more.

...So there definitely isn't only two volumes. I guess we'll just have to wait.

The mangaka said she would complete it, but she;s been busy with Ouran for the past years, so i suppose once ouran is complete (Which won't be for a while) she'll go back and have completed this. There is also the possibility of her not even completing this because it's so old =( it's sad that it doesn't have a proper ending
