I enjoyed the first season, but Koyuki's vocals were annoying.
The manga gives you the impression that he's the son of God, but when he sang in the anime... bleh!
and the English that the so-called English speaking characters speak sounds horrid.

That's the only reason I like the English Dubs better than the Japanese.

Gotta check that out.... heard Beck is one of the few animes with a great English dub. What was Koyuki's singing like?
...... but if they dubbed the Japanese bits into English, what they they do with the actual English conversations.... dubbed to Japanese? 😕

No, I forget how they handle that. Kinda awkward.
But his singing is way better.

would love a second season of the beck anime.
you'd have the sound, even if a little different ( like atm ) in text or title, but still.
and there is more than enough story to tell.
still, it's sad that the "america" part was just cut so short and pushed in one episode.
