It was a clever choice to see the story from the eyes of the younger brother. That is what gave this story its charm I’m sure. I always go into Ike sensei’s stories with enthusiasm and this story did not disappoint me at all. The progress of time was handled nicely and the men grew up to be quite handsome in my opinion. I could believe the characters, which is something quite missed in the bl... 72614v

Well, this is a cliché bl story. Nothing is new in here and I finished it only so I can give this a review. I didn’t hate it because it really didn’t do anything obnoxious, I mean it is clear from the start what this story will be so I can’t blame it for that. The art is not my type but I can see how other people would enjoy it. The first story was too much for me but I think the second story is a...

I didn?t like the art style at all so I read the manga for the story. This fluffy story had a rating of 8 which by the end became a 9 because of how cute the characters were. Nothing too major happened nor explored but that?s ok for a short quick read.

I think I have a week spot for Sensei. Her works always have something wrong but I still enjoy them too much. They are my guilty pleasure. I couldn’t even hate the first chapter and by the end of it I was even giddy. I can say this though: No matter how imperfect her works are they have their own charm. Try it to judge yourself.

I quite enjoyed the Scarlet extras because I missed Akio & Ryou lots.

This is the sweetest treat if you crave fluff done well. It’s funny too to boost. As you spend some time in yaoi land, you’d surprisingly learn that no matter how many times you read stereotypical BL, you occasionally find yourself badly craving it. Thus, it’s a sigh of relief to find one done the way you want it or without many annoying details.

I just wanted to add to future readers that the...

What a shame that this is only a one shot, yet somehow I’m ok it is at the same time. Ogawa Chise sensei, I am forever your fan. Please keep producing whatever you wish to because everything you do is special and fulfilling.
I will always fangirl for you.

First, I need to confess that I always go to Tsukumo sensei’s manga for the art. The art is so sensual and male that… I’m lost for words to properly describe it.

Having said that, I liked the plot of the story too. It’s a tragedy but I also felt a psychological vibe going on. We are dealing with emotional teenagers here and I believed their stupid actions. The story was well done and the...

I gave this a 10 mainly of how ugly the relationships are in the latter half of the book. I agree with the others who pointed out that the first half and the second should have been separated. I would also add that I wish Ogawa Chise sensei would have taken the first three stories and made a separate collection then took the last three stories, added “Ienai Itami o Daite Iru” to them, maybe a...

I’m a fan of Tsukumo sensei’s work. This story was handled well and the ending was quite real. It is sad that it ended there but sometimes that is life. The characters were interesting given the length of this one shot but it took me a while to get which character is which. I have other things to say but most of it is fangirling so I’ll spare you that.

Important note: Go read the spoilers bellow...

This collection is of her first works’ and they all share the flaw of just that. Don’t focus too much on the stories and just enjoy the brilliant art and flow of Ogawa sensei.

The first couple were ok. Nothing was too annoying about the story and a little background to the seme’s attraction to the insecure uke is provided in the extra in the sequel

(I frankly liked that because of the...

I read several of Halco sensei’s Naruto dj’s before because of how nice the art is. This manga too had clean art and some captivating shots/s. It’s a shame that this is the only orginal work of sensei that is available in English online. The stories themselves were ok fluff. I’d recommend to read this for the art more than the story really.

The falling in love part was too rushed for my...

Dark themes are my guilty pleasure so this manga was right up my ally. I enjoyed the story it told and the characters it portrayed. However, why couldn’t sensei carry the same quality until the end? There was little wrong with the execution of the manga until that cheesy ending. The true reason why to tag this as tragedy is the lost potential in this manga. I was very confused by the conclusion...

I’m disappointed of myself because of how I can’t find the right words to properly describe the emotions which were awakened by this work.

The changing POV between the two protagonists were always introduced at a proper time that helped further develop the characters in the manga. Yashiro was a strong, distinct character whom I empathize with entirely. I understand his turmoil and fear and I am...
